Q:  How can I receive updates from 925sterlingsilverjewelry.us?

A:  Click on Join Us On Facebook and Twitter then click on the link you wish to join.  As a 925sterlingsilverjewelry.us customer, you get updates on new arrivals and styles along with specials only offered to our Facebook and Twitter subscribers. 

Q:  What carrier ships our jewelry?

A:  Our primary carrier is the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail they are at your mailbox everyday and our orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

Q:  What are your customer service and shopping hours?

A:  Our online shopping is available 24 hours and 7 days a week.  You can contact customer service through our Contact Us page, by email or by phone.  Our customer service hours are 9am - 5pm eastern time Monday thru Friday.

Q:  Which types of payments do you accept and is it safe?

A:  We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept PayPal.  All transaction are processed thru secure servers that process billions in web transactions every year.  We do not keep any of your information on our site, that is why when you return you have to enter your information over again.  We realize this takes you longer to check out, but it is the best way to keep your information safe.

Q:  What are your shipping and processing charges?

A:  Orders are shipped Free

Q:  When will my order ship?

A:  We normally ship your order within 24 to 48 hours Monday thru Saturday.  Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 days from the date from the date of your order.

Q:  Do we accept international orders?

A:  At this time we offer shipping only to United states customers.  No international shipping.

Q:  What do I do if my order does not arrive?

A:  In most cases it may be delayed or misrouted, we suggest a wait of at least 14 days.  If you have still not received the package contact customer service thru our Contact Us page and we will open a claim for you.  All Orders Are Shipped With Delivery Confirmation.

Q:  What is your shipping policy?

A:  While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow 8 to 16 business hours to process and ship your order.

      - Your package will be shipped by the U. S. Postal Service.

      All deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address.  No PO Boxes.

      Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address.  The customer is responsible for any misinformation they type into the order.

      Please ensure that you choose a safe and secure shipping delivery address.  If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, another facility, public institution such as a college or hospital, the carrier may choose to leave the package with a fellow employee, neighbor, receptionist, etc....  Upon acceptance of goods by such a personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.  925 Sterling Silver Jewelry and 925sterlingsilverjewelry.us is not responsible for lost of stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

      No international orders.

      We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement for the original purchase amount (minus $5 or $7 shipping and processing fees).  Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in new and unused condition to be acceptable for return.  If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service department no later than 48 hours after receiving the order.

      -  Obtain A Return Authorization Number (RAN):  Go to 925sterlingsilverjewelry.us and click on Contact Us.  Give a brief reason for your return and ask for a return authorization number (ran).  Also be sure to tell customer service what you want, a refund or a replacement.  Customer service will email you your return authorization number for this item(s).  Please Note, that any returned item(s) without the return authorization number (ran) will not be accepted for refund or replacement.

      Ship Your returned Item(s):  Remember to include your return authorization number (ran) with your shipment.  Carefully wrap the item(s) and seal the package securely, then ship it to the address below.  For your protection, we recommend that you use the U. S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation.  Returns must be received by us within 10 days after our issuing the return authorization number  (ran).

 Once we receive your returned item(s), the item(s) will be inspected by our quality control personnel.  When your return is accepted and confirmed, your request will be processed immediately.

          Please Note:  The amount to be refunded / replaced will have $5 or $7 deducted for shipping and processing fees.  

          Orders over $150 and refused orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
